General terms and conditions of use
The present document constitutes the entirety of the terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) of the website www.synako.fr operated by the company Synako, (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 200,000 euros, whose headquarters is located at 6 rue Philippe de Metz, 92270 Bois-Colombes, registered with the RCS of Nanterre under number 910 394 139.
The use of the Site implies full acceptance by the user of these Terms, with the user declaring and acknowledging that they have read all the terms of these Terms.
If you disagree with any of the clauses in the Terms, we invite you not to use the Site.
1 – Purpose
The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions under which Synako provides any user (hereinafter referred to as “User,” “you,” “your”) access to the Site, which is intended primarily to inform the public about our activities and services.
2 – Access, prerequisites, and use of the Site
Access to the Site can only be offered to Users who have a compatible computer configuration, respecting the following prerequisites:
• A high-speed internet connection contracted with a well-known internet service provider.
• Equipment and hardware allowing them to access and navigate the Site.
Access to the Site is free and open to any User with internet access. All costs related to access, whether hardware, software, or internet access fees, are solely the responsibility of the User. The User is solely responsible for the proper functioning of their computer equipment and their internet access.
The User declares that they have the necessary knowledge, skills, and technical means to access and use the Site. The User is solely responsible for their access to the Site.
Synako and/or its suppliers or partners do not guarantee the availability of the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access to the Site may be interrupted at any time for maintenance, modification, correction, improvement, and/or change.
Synako’s liability cannot be engaged in case of an inability to access the Site.
The User is responsible for how they use and navigate the Site. The User agrees to use the Site under their exclusive responsibility and to use it in compliance with French law and in good faith.
3 – Personal data – cookies
As part of the use of the Site, Synako or its subcontractor may process and collect Users’ personal data.
In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, and the amended Data Protection Act, Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, or object to the processing of their personal data for legitimate reasons, restrict the processing, withdraw consent, and the right to data portability. They can also define directives regarding the retention or use of their personal data after their death.
To exercise their rights, Users must send a letter to Synako at the address provided in the introduction, accompanied by proof of identity.

4 – Links to other websites
Certain links on the Site may direct the User away from Synako’s website. These links are provided solely for the User’s convenience and do not imply any endorsement or approval of the linked sites by Synako. The target websites are not under Synako’s control, and Synako is not responsible for their content.
5 – Intellectual property
Synako holds the intellectual property rights, or has the necessary rights, on all elements constituting the Site, such as, but not limited to, the software developments, databases, documentation, reports, innovations, visual elements, graphics, text, trademarks, and logos.
In accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and international treaties and agreements, any reproduction, extraction, disclosure, distribution, representation, translation, dissemination, modification, transcription, whether in part or in full, of any part of the Site, even for a non-substantial part, regardless of the medium and the method used, is strictly prohibited, except with the express and prior authorization of Synako.
Any breach of the provisions of this article may constitute an act of counterfeiting or unfair competition and parasitism, which may entail civil and criminal liability for its author in accordance with the Intellectual Property Code.
6 – User obligations
By visiting the Site, you agree to (i) not use the Site for illegal purposes; (ii) not use the Site in a way that could interrupt, damage, harm, or make the Site less efficient; (iii) not transfer files containing viruses, trojans, or any other harmful software; (iv) not attempt to bypass the Site’s security measures; and/or (v) not use the Site in a way that could harm the reputation, name, or image of Synako.
7 – Miscellaneous provisions
These Terms may be modified by Synako to take into account, including but not limited to, regulatory changes, improvements to the Site, and any changes in the conditions of use. The updated Terms are available on the Site.
The Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute or litigation arising from the use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Nanterre, including in the case of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
