This document constitutes the entire Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) of the website www.synako.fr operated by Synako (hereinafter the “Website”), a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €200,000, headquartered at 6 rue Philippe de Metz, 92270 Bois-Colombes, France, and registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 910 394 139.
Use of the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the user, who acknowledges having read and understood all of their provisions.
