This document constitutes the entire Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) of the website www.synako.fr operated by Synako (hereinafter the “Website”), a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €200,000, headquartered at 6 rue Philippe de Metz, 92270 Bois-Colombes, France, and registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 910 394 139.
