The process

Stage 1

By developing a showcase website

building on the existing foundation,
without a “big bang” overhaul or reinventing everything,
but favoring an interactive, step-by-step approach — from screen design to development and cloud data implementation.

The process

Stage 2

By creating an online citizen portal

The idea: start from the needs of citizens and local government agents to deliver digital services perfectly tailored to them. The focus was placed on UX (User Experience) — making technology seamless and invisible to the user.

The first milestone of this initiative was the creation of a digital income declaration journey for the 2023 tax declaration campaign.

  • Mission scope: scalable platform design and architecture

  • Deliverables: mockups and user testing to validate the approach

  • Development: build and user testing followed by production release for the 2023 income tax declaration campaign
