Challenge & Objective:
Fully integrated within the Executive Committee, Synako supported PrestaShop at the highest strategic and operational levels, particularly on:
Performance analysis of key business lines: Marketplace, Hosting, and Partnerships
Product strategy, integrating the open-source model
Operational alignment between Core, Partnerships, Marketplace, and Care teams
Integration of product squads within a matrix organization structured by Domain and Department
Result & Benefit:
Rémi Dewitte led and involved Synako in the following key areas:
Product Architecture:
Oversight of the partnership with Google Cloud
Strategy for versioning, upgrades, and compatibility
Development of APIs and tools to facilitate partner integrations
PrestaShop Information System Architecture:
Implementation of a customer data repository and integration of Segment alongside HubSpot, Mixpanel, BigQuery, Looker, and the Ory.sh suite
Strengthening of technical and technological coherence through the Architecture Committee and a comprehensive Data Advisory framework
Team Management:
Direct management of VP Engineers, Tech Leads, Developers, Agile Coaches, and QA teams
